Hands down my favorite bar in Portland. Consistently excellent cocktails, a beautiful space, and bartenders with a deep knowledge of making drinks who aren't dicks about it. If you start digging into the history, you'll find that a lot of great Portland bars are run by bartenders who started at Rum Club.
